Our Winchester mac with sleeves is perfect for those who can propel themselves.  It is fully waterproof with taped seams , has a drawstring hood, soft cuffing at the wrists and velcro fastening at the neck.  As users can propel themselves no cut outs are provided for pushing handles.  Available in two sizes (standard up to 5 feet 3 inches and large up to 6 feet 3 inches) and two colours, navy and burgundy.
