Every product shown on our website apart from a couple of minor accessories can be made here in our own factory. As a result we are able to offer an immediate response to orders, with most garment orders placed being sent out on the day ordered or day following. Canopies are more complicated as we make more than 350 types in 5 different colour alternatives, but even canopies can generally be delivered to UK addresses within 5-6 working days from date of order.

You will see that you can order any of our rainwear, warmwear, bags or accessories immediately online . For Canopy orders we need to check very carefully on exactly which scooter you have ( there are hundreds and all are different ) so we would ask you to contact us in order to discuss this before you make your purchase . As we do not have a team of fitting engineers to help attach your canopy for you , we may well suggest local mobility shops that would be able to purchase your canopy for you and attach it for you if you are unable to do this yourself. So please see CONTACT US and we will help identify the canopy you need and your best course of action.

Please note that as a manufacturer we do not have a retail shop to enable you to purchase our goods "over the counter".

VAT ; you will find that most of our products will qualify for exemption from the current rate of VAT ( 20% ). You will need to confirm that you are disabled when you complete your shopping and before you can pay for your order. All products that are VAT exempt are indicated, and prices of these products are shown excluding VAT. It is acceptable to confirm disability on behalf of a friend or relative who is disabled and unable to tick  the declaration box for themselves.
