Wagtail cover (without sleeves)

This cover does not have sleeves and assumes that the wearer is not able to push him/herself. It features slits at the rear that pass over the handles for pushing . The garment goes over the back of the chair to prevent rain getting down between the wearer and the back of the seat, and elasticates under the footplate. There is a hood and velcro at the neck opening.  Waterproof with taped seams .Available in Royal or Lilac.
