First Canopies

As the proud manufacturer of mobility scooter canopies, Sheerlines has been on a journey of innovation and improvement for many years. The journey started with two-colour combinations, slightly different designs, and a focus on the classic look.

The combination of colours were :

• black and white
• red and white
• blue and white
• green and white

The framework was powder coated in white, white zips were used, and the canopies were sewn with zigzag stitches. White webbing and buckles were prevalent, giving the first canopies a distinct look.

However, as we gained more experience in manufacturing these canopies, we shifted our focus to simplicity and functionality. We began using black colour for its elegant look, and improved the materials used to make our canopies more waterproof and durable. The shape of the zips was changed to make the canopy more functional, and we added double stitches for increased longevity.

Less is more!

Over time, our design has continued to evolve, incorporating new trends and responding to customer feedback. Today, our canopies still feature the benefits of powder-coated frames, but with a sleek and modern look.

And as our customer base has grown, so has our list of models for which we manufacture canopies. We are constantly expanding our offerings to accommodate the needs of our customers, ensuring that everyone has access to the protection and comfort they need for their mobility scooter. Current Sheerlines Canopies

When it comes to protecting your mobility scooter from the elements, it's important to choose a canopy that meets your specific needs and preferences. Whether you prefer the convenience of the new design or the classic look of the old style, we have a range of options to choose from.

Both the new and old designs are available in black, blue, red, or grey, and can also be purchased in deluxe (all clear) version. Let's name them SC2 and SC1 for new design and old style. As optional extras, we also offer roll up side doors and rear zips to further customize your canopy to your specific needs.

New Design Canopy (SC2)

‍The new design features a practical wheel arch, a shorter zip to ease pressure on the driver's back, and the ability for both front sections and doors to fold away. These features make this canopy a great choice for those who prioritize convenience and ease of use.

Old Style Canopy

‍The old style canopy, on the other hand, offers two wheel arches, a longer design, and a bottom Velcro to connect the cover to the scooter for most of the models. It also features side webbings that connect under the scooter, giving it a classic look that some customers may prefer.
